Adam Jones Injury: Updates on Bengals CB’s Calf and Return

Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam Jones was absent from Sunday night's preseason game against the Jacksonville Jaguars after suffering a calf strain in warm-ups, per Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer.
It's unclear when he'll return to the field.

Jones Not Worried About Injury Sunday, Aug. 28 There is "zero concern" from Jones regarding the calf tweak, according to Dehner, who added that Jones was able to play Sunday night. 
Jones Is Essential Piece of Stout Bengals Defense Jones, who is coming off his first Pro Bowl appearance, intercepted three passes and registered 62 combined tackles in 14 games last year. Pro Football Focus graded him as the 14th-best cornerback (83.4) in the league in 2015.
While he was already a key player for Cincinnati, the 32-year-old will need to take on an even bigger role in the team's secondary this year.
