NFC East NFC West NFC South NFC North AFC East The AFC West is home to some of the smartest offensive gurus in the league. We have Norv Turner leading the San Diego Chargers with one of the highest-powered offensive attacks in the league. Philip Rivers has certainly staked his name in the discussion of the top five best quarterbacks in the league, and proves it with every comeback and late-game victory. It's the defense that has the question marks. The Denver Broncos are led by head coach Josh McDaniels, the engineer of the 2007 record-setting New England Patriots offense. He doesn't have the loaded rifle that he had with the minutemen, but is building a roster based on team unity, leadership, and hard-working individuals. The Kansas City Chiefs are led by Todd Haley, a descendent of the Bill Parcells coaching tree.
