Andrew Luck Leads Colts to Miraculous Wild Card Comeback Win over Chiefs

In Week 16, the Colts went into Kansas City and handed the Chiefs a 23-7 defeat. It was a dominant performance by Indianapolis and a huge statement win right before the playoffs.
For most of the way on Saturday evening, however, it was all Kansas City. The Chiefs lost star running back Jamaal Charles on the opening series of the game with a concussion, but it did not matter. Kansas City did everything right throughout the first half.
After trading touchdowns on the opening drives of the game, the Chiefs kicked a field goal to make it 10-7 at the end of the first quarter. Kansas City then opened up the second quarter with a bang. Alex Smith hit wide receiver Donnie Avery for a 79-yard strike to put the Chiefs up 17-7 early in the quarter.
On the first play of the next drive, Colts running back Trent Richardson fumbled the football and set the Chiefs up for another touchdown, which extended the lead to 24-7. The turnovers and bad play continued throughout the remainder of ...
