Aqib Talib Released from Hospital After Being Shot in the Leg at Nightclub

Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib has been released from the hospital after being shot in the leg at the V Live club in Dallas early Sunday.
Nicki Jhabvala of the Denver Post shared a statement from the Broncos after word of Talib's injury broke:
We are in communication with [Talib]...as he recovers from a gunshot wound suffered to his lower right leg on Sunday. ...We are glad he is OK and will make a full recovery.
Our organization has been in touch with the NFL on this matter, and we will provide additional updates as appropriate.
Rebecca Lopez of WFAA-TV and Jeff Darlington of NFL Network originally reported the news Sunday. Talib didn't need to undergo surgery, according to ESPN's Ed Werder, who added Sunday that the Dallas Police Department is investigating the shooting. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Monday that the bullet entered and exited Talib's leg without hitting any arteries or ligaments and required only stitches.
