Are the Cardinals and Chiefs Considering Scrimmage in Training Camp?

The best time for coaches to evaluate their players usually comes during a time when the players are battling against another team in a scrimmage or preseason contest.
In the past, the Kansas City Chiefs held a scrimmage annually against the Minnesota Vikings in River Falls, Wis. Now, the Chiefs no longer have a team to train against outside of preseason games after moving training camp to St. Joseph, Mo.
On Tuesday, Arizona Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt touched on having a scrimmage against the Chiefs at some point during training camp (via AZCardinals.com) The only thing setting the Cardinals back from making this decision final would be travel plans and the amount of traveling it requires in a short amount of time.
The scrimmage would likely take place between Aug. 5 after the Cardinals face the New Orleans Saints in the Hall of Fame game and Aug. 10 before the Chiefs host their preseason opener against the Cardinals.
