Brandon Flowers to Chargers: Latest Contract Details, Analysis and Reaction

The San Diego Chargers took a proactive step to improve what was one of the worst secondaries in the NFL last year, signing 2013 Pro Bowl cornerback Brandon Flowers, the team announced:
It’s not often a Pro Bowl player of Brandon Flower’s caliber becomes available late in June.
Thus, General Manager Tom Telesco didn’t let the opportunity to land the standout corner pass the Bolts by, swooping in and agreeing to terms with the veteran today.
