Stork Set To Visit Jets Tuesday, Sept. 20 Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported the center is set to visit the New York Jets on Tuesday as the team seeks to bolster its depth in the trenches.
Stork has endured a whirlwind couple of months. The interior lineman, who started for the Patriots in their Super Bowl XLIX victory over the Seattle Seahawks in 2015, lost a battle with David Andrews for the center job during training camp and the preseason.
It made him expendable, so New England agreed to trade him to the Washington Redskins on Aug. 24 in exchange for a conditional draft pick.
