Buccaneers vs. Giants: Week 2 Instant Grades and Analysis for New York

September 16, 2012   ·     ·   Jump to comments

It's been a long week for the New York Giants.
After christening the 2012 season with a 24-17 loss at the hands of Tony Romo and the Cowboys, Big Blue was forced to sit back and watch NFC East rivals Washington and Philadelphia scoop up Week 1 wins.
Now, the Giants look to even out their record with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers coming to town.
Despite touting a 4-12 record last year, the Bucs seem to be on the upswing, topping the Carolina Panthers by a 16-10 mark last weekend under new head coach Greg Schiano. Rookie tailback Doug Martin went for 95 yards in his NFL debut, and the Tampa defense picked off QB Cam Newton twice.
Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. EST. Check back here as the game rolls on for updated analysis and live game grades for key Giants.
