Chicago Bears: Back-Page News, Just How They Like It

On every major sports website this past Sunday, the New York Jets graced the cover after their dismantling of the mighty New England Patriots. Yet nowhere to be found on those pages are the Chicago Bears, and that is just how they like it.
The Bears bashed the visiting Seattle Seahawks in all three phases of the game in their divisional round showdown at Soldier Field. But they were still second in the minds of the New York-driven media, always looking for excitement and controversy, rather than what occurs between the goal posts.
This injustice that the Bears have seemed to "suffer"  through all year has been perfect for a coach, and a team, that sees nothing wrong with flying under the radar.
