Entering only his third season in the NFL, Chris Johnson has done much more than make a name for himself after being an extremely controversial draft choice among fans, and has literally become, self-proclaimed, "every coach's dream."
And he's due for only $550,000 next season. Alvin Pearman, the Titan's third string running back, is going to make more money than CJ if his contract remains unsettled. The running back position is very unforgiving in the NFL, careers can come and go even for the most gifted runners (average career length for RBs is about three years), and Chris's last season only comes once in a lifetime.
