Cleveland Browns 2010 Training Camp: Hardesty, Haden No-Shows on Day One

NFL football has officially returned to the Greater Cleveland area with the opening of today's 2010 training camp to the general public.
With a crowd that was quietly optimistic during the majority of the practice session, two notable young players were missing from the field.
Both first round pick Joe Haden and second round pick Montario Hardesty were not present on the practice field Saturday morning.
Haden was obviously not in attendance due to the fact that he is still unsigned and not under contract, but Hardesty is under contract.
After all the good press that Hardesty received during the offseason program including organized team activities and minicamp, Hardesty was sure to challenge for the starting running back spot against Jerome Harrison.
