Cleveland Continues Trading Former First Round Picks, Deals LB Kamerion Wimbley

As if the breaking news of trading quarterback Brady Quinn were not enough, ESPN's Adam Schefter has reported that the Browns have sent linebacker Kamerion Wimbley to the Raiders for a third round pick.
Wimbley, a former first-round pick, never came into his full potential as a pass rushing linebacker once converted over from a defensive end in college.
After a solid rookie campaign where Wimbley had 11 sacks, he never even came close to that number since.
It is quite obvious that new Browns President Mike Holmgren does not think highly of former General Manager Phil Savage's ability to draft talent, since his former first rounders are dropping left and right now.
Obviously, Pro Bowl left tackle Joe Thomas is not going anywhere, but Holmgren has blown up this roster now in the last week with the free agent signings, trades, and cuts.
Wimbley is a solid physical specimen, which Raiders owner Al Davis loves, so this trade does make sense for the Raiders.
