Conan O’Brien’s Latest Comments and Expectations for 2016 NFL Honors

As if Super Bowl week needed any more of a spectacle, iconic late night TV host Conan O'Brien will be hosting the NFL Honors on the eve of the big game between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers.
This is the fifth year of the event, which was established prior Super Bowl XLVI to burgeon the league's spotlight even further, as last year's host network, NBC, drew 4.7 million viewers to earn Saturday's No. 1 rank in prime time among the major networks for the night, according to Steve Baron of TV by the Numbers.
Among the honors that will be presented include the MVP Award, Coach of the Year, Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Comeback Player of the Year among others.
O'Brien should fill in splendidly as the anchor of the event as a three-time host of the Emmy Awards in addition to his 22-year run as a late night talk show host, the longest current tenure in the country.
