Cordarrelle Patterson Injury: Updates on Vikings WR’s Concussion and Return

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson is dealing with a concussion that could sideline him for Week 8 against the Chicago Bears.

Latest on Patterson's Playing Status Saturday, Oct. 29 After the Vikings disclosed on their official injury report that Patterson suffered a concussion, they listed him as questionable for Monday night's game against the Bears. They also added that he was limited in practice on Saturday.
Patterson's production had declined sharply ever since he broke out for nine total touchdowns and a Pro Bowl nod as a rookie in 2013. Specifically, he totaled just two touchdowns apiece in 2014 and 2015, with both of his scores last year coming via kick returns. 
But Patterson has been a contributor to the Minnesota passing game this season with Sam Bradford at the helm after Teddy Bridgewater went down with a season-ending injury.
