Dallas Cowboys: Beast Mode’s Latest Arrest May Bode Well for Cowboys

Wide receiver Dez Bryant’s recent arrest for allegedly attacking his own mother isn’t doing the youngster or the Cowboys organization any favors, but another NFL star’s run-in with the law may end up helping the cause.
Marshawn “Beast Mode” Lynch was arrested early Saturday morning on suspicion of a DUI. Lynch was observed “nearly colliding” with two vehicles before eventually being pulled over. He failed field sobriety tests administered by authorities and a blood test would eventually show he was over the legal limit of .08.
Considering that Lynch has a troubled past, commissioner Roger Goodell just may be putting the “Beast Mode” on hold for part of the upcoming season. Lynch was already suspended for three games in 2009 on a weapons charge. It has been three years since that arrest, but depending how this latest incident plays out, a similar suspension could be in the works.
