Dallas Cowboys; Jerry Jones: We Will Not Miss Games. It Will Get Done

This is the situation.
The NFL will not miss games. It will get done.  
That is what Jerry Jones owner of the Dallas Cowboys says.
Now, if Jones says it, does that mean it will get done?
As of right now, there hasn’t been an agreement with the owners to lockout the players. So as of right now the owners are still thinking about it, but haven't yet pulled the trigger.
Could this be the indication of something being done? What does Jones’s statement mean for football?
Who knows what you can take from it. Isn’t this the same owner who said he wasn’t going to fire Wade Phillips, and turned around and pulled the plug on Phillips?
However, when it comes to his own team, Jones seems to be in the know.
