Dan Campbell Leaves Dolphins After Adam Gase’s Hiring: Latest Comments, Reaction

Dan Campbell's time with the Miami Dolphins started with a bang and ended with a whimper.  
According to Aaron Wilson of NationalFootballPost.com and Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post, Campbell left the Dolphins after Adam Gase was brought in to be the team's next head coach.
Campbell leaves after going 5-7 as interim head coach. Wilson reported the Minnesota Vikings, Dallas Cowboys and San Diego Chargers are all interested in Campbell after his departure.
On Jan. 2, NFL.com's Jeff Darlington reported Campbell would be a casualty of the Dolphins' front-office makeover, which is expected to thrust former New York Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum into a more prominent position:
