Danny Woodhead of the Patriots Shows Why Height Doesn’t Matter

Danny Woodhead is a football player that not many fans know. But if you watched the HBO series "Hard Knocks: Training Camp With the New York Jets," you do know who he is.
The 5'8" WR/RB was with the Jets for Hard Knocks, and the Jets were pretty high on him, which is why I was surprised when they let him go.
Well, Woodhead is showing the Jets why they should have kept him.
Rushing: 36 attempts, 178 yards, 2 touchdowns
Receiving: 14 receptions, 136 yards, 1 touchdown
That translates to about 50 fantasy points, or an average of 10 points per game. Thankfully I picked him up in my league, and you should too.
Those are stats over five games for a third-string running back/wide receiver.
Woodhead is looking great, especially for a short guy from Chadron State College. The Pats really found a diamond in the rough here.
