Denard Robinson Avoids Injury After Crashing Car into a Pond

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Denard Robinson was involved in a one-car accident on July 3.
According to a police report obtained by ActionNewsJax.com, Robinson's Chevy Impala went into a retention pond in Jacksonville, Florida, and became submerged. Robinson avoided any major injuries and posted a statement about the incident on Twitter:  
“I have ordered a review of the incident by the officer’s chain of command,” Sheriff Mike Williams said Wednesday, per John Engel of WOKV. “Based on that review, any necessary and warranted corrective action will be taken.”
In the police report, an officer described Robinson as either "asleep or fatigued." The officer reportedly knocked on Robinson's window when the car was submerged, and Robinson opened his eyes briefly before falling back asleep.
