Derek Anderson Verbally Attacks Cleveland Browns Fans Upon His Release

The former Cleveland Browns quarterback Derek Anderson took little time in making new headlines of his own, once he was released on March 9, by talking to the media and verbally attacking Browns fans.
Anderson spoke with News-Herald reporter Jeff Schudel and had a few not-so-nice things to say about Browns fans.
"The fans are ruthless and don't deserve a winner," Anderson said via e-mail. "I will never forget getting cheered when I was injured."
Very mature words from a player who is currently unemployed in the NFL, and who also still has a chance to be picked up as a backup for another team.
The Cardinals, Seahawks, Raiders (where they love Browns castoff QBs), and Panthers have been specifically mentioned as having interest in Anderson because he has starter experience, but these comments may knock down his imagine a notch or two now.
Anderson also added that he really hopes he can come back to Cleveland with a new team.
