Detroit Lions: Starting Running Backs Since 2000

As the quarterback situation in Detroit has been an up and down roller-coaster without and end, so has the running back position.  We haven't had a full time starter since Barry Sanders.  Just as the quarterback is the leader on the offense, the RB position is just as important, giving the team more than one way to move the ball downfield. 
This slide show represents the inconsistency that the Detroit Lions have had in the backfield.
