Did Bill Belichick Curse Cleveland Browns Quarterbacks When He Cut Bernie Kosar?

The Cleveland Browns are synonymous with bad quarterback play and just being the place where quarterbacks go to stall and/or end their careers ever since the team came back in 1999.
Now fast-forward to 2010, and once again the Browns have cleaned house by dumping Derek Anderson and trading away Brady Quinn for the newest group of quarterback stock on the shores of Lake Erie.
Enter Jake Delhomme, Seneca Wallace and to-be-named later most likely after the NFL Draft.
So why all the quarterback issues in Cleveland when there are names like Otto Graham, Brian Sipe and Bernie Kosar who all led the team to success for the majority of the franchise's existence?
There may be one answer to why all the quarterback drama in Cleveland at that answer is none other than former Browns head coach and current Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.
Why you may ask?
Because Belichick came in on his horse to Cleveland in 1991 and Kosar was the starter at the time and he continue...
