Dominique Robertson Files Complaint Against Police: Latest Details and Comments

Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive guard Dominique Robertson filed an official complaint through his attorney against the Riverside County, California, Sheriff's Department, per Jenna Laine of ESPN.com.
Robertson's attorney, Zulu Ali, provided a statement: "We were terribly concerned about Mr. Robertson's welfare and the blatant disregard for his rights, health and safety. Not allowing his attorney access to check on his welfare, and denying him water, medication and access to medical attention was abuse on the part of the Sheriff's department."
Police questioned Robertson after he was shot on June 30 in Loma Linda, California.
According to Alex Groves, John M. Blodgett and Craig Shultz of the Press Enterprise, officers from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department responded to the Loma Linda University Medical Center, where Robertson was being treated for gunshot wounds to his back, buttocks and leg.
