Donovan McNabb Deserves Better Than The Eagles and Their Fans

When Donovan McNabb was the second overall pick of the 1999 NFL draft, he was booed by the Philadelphia fan base.
When he took the Eagles to four consecutive NFC Championship games, he was booed by the Philadelphia fan base.
When he lost Super Bowl XXXIX, he was booed by the Philadelphia fan base.
Donovan McNabb has been booed by Eagles fans throughout his career, until now.
Recent rumors that McNabb might be traded away has Philly fans cheering. You would think this is the move that will fix all of their problems by the reaction of the fans.
However, I want to know why they're so happy.
Donovan McNabb has been nothing but a blessing for Philadelphia.
He has been one of the best quarterbacks in the game since he entered the NFL, throwing for over 30,000 yards and 216 touchdowns while only throwing 100 interceptions.
Not to mention he did most of this with a mediocre offensive line and a very unimpressive group of receivers.
