Week 1 of the 2010 season is in the rearview mirror fantasy football owners. Now it's time to get in gear and make decisions about your roster for the week ahead. Most of us head into Week 2 with better ideas about  how our teams stack up in terms of strengths and weaknesses. Poor performances or underwhelming production from our high-level draft picks makes some of us itchy to make immediate roster changes. Others find it impossible not to want to tweak our lineups just because we can.  Unless you've been hit with injuries and need to find capable replacements or a quality player who add value to your team lands on the waiver wire, take a deep breath and resist the urge to overhaul your roster after just one week. Multiple injuries to fantasy starters in Week 1 created unexpected opportunities for some players and also led to good and bad matchups for the upcoming week and further down the road. ...
