Hey, San Diego Chargers Organization, Where’s All the Money Gone?

Theres a new trend going on in San Diego. And that is " Downgrade every possible position you can". And save as much money as you possibly can in the process. But where is it all going?
Last season ended with a horrible after taste left over from the divisional playoff loss to the Jets. Within days, Norv Turner received a three year contract extension. This move baffled many fans.
Wasn't Marty Shottenheimer, his predecessor" fired a few years back after a playoff loss and a 14-2 season?
So why three more three more years  for Turner?
At first I was one of the confused, but now it all makes perfect sense. Lets figure some stuff out here.
Shottenheimer was fired for having differnces of opinion with Smith. Everybody knows Turner is a "yes man"!
So Smith knew he was getting ready to clear the stables out on many of the Chargers this season, and not make any relevant offers to keep anyone around. Or get much trade compensation.
