Jed York Still Not Correct After the San Francisco 49ers’ First Win

Finally. After six weeks—six weeks of NFL play, six weeks of controversy and six weeks of doubt and turmoil—the San Francisco 49ers finally scraped out a win over the Oakland Raiders in the Battle of the Bay, winning the contest. 17-9. 
Alex Smith seemed to calm down and make good decisions, Michael Crabtree and Vernon Davis each had great touchdown receptions, Frank Gore was terrific on the ground, and Singletary even got Brian Westbrook in on the action. Yep, it looks like the 49ers might actually have a shot at the NFC West title.
Or they would, had Jed York not opened his big mouth after last week's loss to Philadelphia. Amid all the problems the 49ers have been having with players, coaching, and management, it looks like York forgot something about the NFC West when he boldly declared that San Francisco would win the division:
The NFC West has other teams in it.
The 2010 San Francisco 49ers have a lot of problems going against them this season....
