Jeremy Lane Sits During National Anthem Before Seahawks vs. Raiders

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Jeremy Lane remained seated for "The Star-Spangled Banner" before Thursday night's preseason finale against the Oakland Raiders—less than a week after San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick did the same prior to his team's contest against the Green Bay Packers.
The Associated Press (via NFL Network's Ian Rapoport) relayed a photo of Lane sitting during the national anthem: 
Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said after the game that Lane made an individual decision and he's unsure if Lane will continue to sit during the anthem, per Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times.
Kaepernick's silent protest continued Thursday night as well, when he took a knee on the sideline when the Stars and Stripes were presented at midfield during Military Appreciation Night at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego against the Chargers.
