Jeremy Shockey: Taken To The Hospital After Saints OTA Session

Saints tight end Jeremy Shockey was taken to a New Orleans-area hospital Thursday after suffering seizure-like symptoms in the team's weight room after practice, WGNO-TV reported, citing a league source.
The good news is Shockey walked to the ambulance on his own power, according to the television station, and the team is awaiting word on his condition. Also the site stated that he was was stricken in the weight room at the end of the team's third organized team activity session.
Today, he apparently fell and then had seizure-like symptoms in the locker room. Two months ago, in March, he was also rushed to the hospital for dehydration.
Shockey is an eight-year NFL veteran in his 3rd season with the Saints. He has 469 receptions for 5,280 yards and 30 touchdowns, but has never played a full season because of various injuries.
Shockey, 29, missed the final three weeks of the regular season but still played a big role in the Saints' run to the Super Bowl ...
