Johnathan Joseph Injury: Updates on Texans CB’s Recovery from Knee Surgery

Houston Texans cornerback Johnathan Joseph underwent an offseason scope on his right knee, but the procedure was reportedly minor.

Joseph's Surgery Designed to Help with 'Wear and Tear Issues' Tuesday, May 10 According to ESPN.com's Tania Ganguli, Joseph said the procedure "was so minor he never even needed crutches."
The 32-year-old cornerback hasn't appeared in fewer than 14 games over the course of a regular season since 2010, and he'll enter the 2016 campaign looking to string together a third consecutive 16-game slate. 
Following an up-and-down 2014 season, Joseph bounced back a bit in 2015. Although he recorded just one interception while playing on 83.8 percent of Houston's defensive snaps, per Football Outsiders, the two-time Pro Bowler finished the season ranked No. 4 overall among all NFL defensive backs with 22 passes defended.
