Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jordan Matthews is dealing with a knee injury, and it's unclear when he'll return to the field.

Pederson Comments on Matthews' Playing Status Saturday, Aug. 20 Eagles head coach Doug Pederson told reporters Matthews is day-to-day with a bruised knee and noted that the team expects him to be ready for Week 1 of the regular season. 
Matthews Looking to Build on Strong Sophomore Season Matthews was bothered by a back injury in advance of the Eagles' Week 14 meeting with the Buffalo Bills last season, but he's been healthy otherwise.
