Kansas City Has Clinched the AFC West Thanks in Part to the Bengals

Despite what the sports gurus have been saying right up to this week, San Diego is not going to the playoffs. Kansas City did what they needed to do today and brought home a win. San Diego failed to do so, thus assuring the Chiefs of a trip to the playoffs.
The Tennessee Titans didn't have enough to stop the Chiefs from getting their 10th win of the season, which guaranteed them to remain in the lead going into week 17. All Kansas City had to worry about after that was the Raiders (no small worry to be sure). However, thanks to the Cincinnati Bengals (whose play belied the fact they have no shot at the playoffs this season), we don't have to wait on the results of that game to see if we make post season.
