La’el Collins Wanted for Questioning by Police in Death of Pregnant Woman

Former LSU offensive tackle La'el Collins, considered by many to be a potential first-round draft pick, is wanted for questioning regarding the death of his alleged ex-girlfriend in Baton Rouge.
ESPN's Adam Schefter spoke to Baton Rouge police Lt. Jonny Dunnam, who indicated Collins is not a suspect at this time but is being sought after for potential information. The woman, Brittany Mills, was pregnant at the time of her death.
Collins has not been in contact with anyone involved with the case at this time. Jim Boren, the attorney retained by Collins, has spoken with the lead detective and prosecutor in charge of the case. 
"We took the investigation seriously," Boren told Schefter. "We've tried to rule him out as a suspect. We're going to provide that information to the police, and ultimately (Collins) will sit down and talk to them. But the timing is poor."
