Marshawn Lynch: Latest News, Rumors and Speculation on Seahawks RB’s Future

Marshawn Lynch's triumphant return to the lineup in Sunday's Divisional Round matchup with the Carolina Panthers proved to be a dud, as he was held to just 20 yards on six carries. If reports are to be believed, that will be his final performance in a Seahawks uniform.

Lynch, Seahawks to Part Ways This Offseason Monday, Jan. 18 ESPN's John Clayton reported Lynch is "absolutely" done in Seattle, per Zach Whitman of FieldGulls.  
Lynch, who turns 30 in April, was limited to seven games in 2015 due to sports hernia surgery. He compiled just 417 yards and three touchdowns on the ground, by far his worst numbers in a Seahawks uniform. His return to the starting lineup Sunday was anything but helpful, as Lynch had a long carry of nine yards. The Seahawks were forced to throw the ball 48 times after digging themselves into a 31-0 hole in the first half.
