Miami Dolphins: ‘Incumbent’ Should No Longer Be Associated with Matt Moore

I'm tired of hearing the phrase "the Dolphins' incumbent starter Matt Moore."  
Let's take a look at Moore's stats from last season in comparison to other starting quarterbacks who made it to the playoffs:

Moore only made 12 starts, while the other quarterbacks on this chart had a whole season.  If he had started the full season, his yardage would be right on par with the other players.
None of these other quarterbacks have been referred to as incumbent. In fact, Andy Dalton was selected as an alternate to the pro bowl.  With a full season, Matt Moore could have put up similar numbers.
