New Orleans Saints: Does Team’s Winning Reputation Affect the 2010 Plan?

Robert Meachem's surprising breakout season was last year. Who legitimately expected him to put up 722 receiving yards and nine touchdowns? I wish I could say Meachem and co-receiver Devery Henderson made Brees more comfortable in his passing game, but the truth is, it seems as if Brees could not have been more comfortable with his offense than he was during the 2009 regular and postseason.
The only difference is that, now, defenses are aware of the Saints' deep receiving core. They can try to change up defenses strategies to prevent throws to any of several talented receivers. Let's not forget that Reggie Bush is an excellent receiving back, and Jeremy Shockey is feeling more and more comfortable in a Saints uniform.
This may change the defensive strategy, so does it change the offensive strategy? Do the Saints need to run more because of the tight defense? Perhaps not, as Brees is known to get that ball into that microscopic window allowing the perfect catch for any receive...
