New Orleans Saints Drop To 4-3: Do Fans Still Have Hope?

Man, I had a lousy weekend.  First LSU, then the Saints.
I was not as excited to watch the game as I usually am after the beat-down Auburn handed LSU the night before. But Darren Sharper returned, and he is my favorite player so I was, well, hopeful.
That hope was dashed rather quickly as I watched my second team of the weekend go down in flames. 
I blame the idiot I'm married to for not knowing who we were playing and wearing a Browns jersey all day.  He's a sports writer, and I don't care if he loves Jim Brown—how does he not know?  He wrote an article about it; I read it.  Maybe he was simply trying to provoke me out of my sweats and the depression that surrounded me like a cloud.
Is it because Fujita left and we played him?  Is it really because Brees is on the cover of the new Madden game?  Or is our star quarterback thinking of other things and too distracted to connect?
