New York Jets Must Avoid Reliving Past: Why This Week’s Bills Game Is Crucial

The Jets have shown their toughness and resilience last week with a victory over the once undefeated Miami Dolphins.  More than a week ago Jets receiver Braylon Edwards was arrested for DUI on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City.  Throughout the week, the Jets and Edwards were attacked by the media and criticized for the way they handled the situation with Edwards.  In the game against the Dolphins, Edwards was only was only suspended for only the first quarter which made the media even angrier with the whole fiasco.
This week, the Jets will be facing the Buffalo Bills who will be coming off a tough loss to the New England Patriots.  At the same time, it will be Santonio Holmes' last game on the sideline as a suspended player.  In the past, what has screwed the Jets over is their ability to lose games they should have won.  Last season, the Jets were professionals at blowing "easy-win" games.  During week 6, the Jets were going up a...
