NEWS FLASH: Ben Roethlisberger’s Nose Broken By Haloti Ngata

At the 12:19 mark in the first quarter of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens game, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was sacked by nose tackle Haloti Ngata on a third-and-three play and left the game, visibly shaken up with blood running from his nose.
NBC announcer Al Michaels stated it appeared that Big Ben had a broken nose.
Cameras on the sideline showed trainers working on his nose.
He later returned to the game, and it was announced by Steelers' representatives that he simply had a bloody nose.

Ben is too tough to let his nose get in the way of a Steelers' win.
Roethlisberger returned to the game on the next possession.
