NFL Draft 2011: Could More Than One Running Back Be Taken in the First Round?

New Orleans Saints Draft: Saints could cash in on running back draft shakeup:
The beginning and end to first-round running backs in 2011 is Mark Ingram. At least it has been. But Peter King of Sports Illustrated doesn't see it that way anymore. He sees Illinois' Mikel Leshoure as a serious first-round prospect.
But there's more. King believes that there is a significant possibility that Leshoure be picked before Ingram. There is still concern about Ingram's surgically repaired knee.
So how can this affect New Orleans?
Ingram was supposed to go to Miami 15th overall with New England as the next team interested in a running back at 17th overall. But if Leshoure is picked first, that could drop Ingram to other teams that were previously not looking for a running back, like...say...the Saints.
