NFL Draft 2011: New Orleans Saints News, Rumors and Predictions

The New Orleans Saints weren't able to survive a Super Bowl hangover in 2010, stumbling in the first round of the playoffs to the Seattle Seahawks. Drew Brees was unusually erratic and the defense struggled to dictate its opponents' play.
There was little pass rush for the Saints. Improving that seems to be priority No. 1 for New Orleans in the draft. At 24th overall, the Saints shouldn't have a problem satisfying that need in the first round. But with whom?
The defense holds other concerns in the front seven and at safety. There is growing concern about depth at running back with Reggie Bush continuing to under perform and struggle with injury and Chris Ivory recovering from injury.
But the Saints don't have a lot of picks to work with. After their first-round pick, New Orleans has a second-round pick, two third-round picks and a seventh-round pick.
