NFL Mock Draft 2011: Baltimore Ravens Add Jimmy Smith to the Defensive Mix

Though he's had his minor run-ins with the law, Colorado's physically gifted cornerback Jimmy Smith would become a tremendous upgrade for the Ravens at cornerback as soon as next season.

Ranked behind the likes of Patrick Peterson and Prince Amukamara, Smith is a serious talent worth a first-round pick for any needy NFL team.  Will Baltimore be the lucky recipients of this prolific talent?  It's a serious possibility.

The Ravens ranked 21st in the entire league in passing yards allowed per game (224.9) last season, and struggled to find balance in-between corner-backs Cris Carr and Josh Wilson.  So with Smith likely available with the 26th pick in the draft, expect the Ravens to snatch him up.
