NFL Mock Draft 2011: Will Julio Jones Be the First Wide Receiver Chosen?

Well, folks, the NFL lockout is now a real thing. As we sit at home waiting and wishing for something to happen, we thrive on the only positive football-related topic right now, the NFL draft. 
If we don't have a new collective bargaining agreement by April 28th it's going to affect several teams and how they draft their players. Some teams would like to fill certain positions through free agency, but during this lockout no one is allowed to sign a contract. 
Therefore the draft is very crucial this year. A team might pick a player they necessarily wouldn't have because of this lockout. Here's to hoping they work things out before the draft. 
Julio Jones had a stellar combine, but was it enough to pass A.J. Green as the No. 1 wide receiver taken in the draft? Some mock drafts have him higher than Green, but you won't be finding that here. Here's the latest edition of my mock draft.
