NFL Odds: Eagles Big Favorites in McNabb’s Return to Philadelphia

You can bet this is one game Donovan McNabb has had circled since be became a member of the Washington Redskins. Sunday, McNabb will try to lead his new team past his former team in the familiar confines of Lincoln Financial Field. NFL odds-makers have McNabb coming up short, listing the Redskins as a six-point underdog with the total set at 43.
Kevin Kolb was supposed to be McNabb’s successor in Philadelphia, but Michael Vick is the quarterback that has been making all the noise.  Vick was given an opportunity to play when Kolb sustained a concussion in Week 1, and he has made the most of that opportunity.
In 10 quarters of action, Vick has passed for 750 yards with six touchdowns and no interceptions. He has ran for another 170 yards and one score. In fact, only Peyton Manning has a higher quarterback rating than Vick’s 110.2. His stellar play in September earned him NFC Offensive Player of the Month accolades.
