Injuries and parity have challenged oddsmakers like never before this season, and several of Week 13's head-scratching lines define those struggles.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Cleveland Browns (-7)
Although the Cleveland Browns boast a better overall record than the Jacksonville Jaguars, there's no denying that Jacksonville is the hotter of the two teams. The Jags have won two of their past three games, both on the road. 
Meanwhile, Cleveland has lost five of its last six games since losing quarterback Brian Hoyer to a season-ending knee injury. Even worse, the Browns' last two losses have come by 16 and 21 points, respectively.
