NFL Odds Week 7: Jacksonville Jaguars at Kansas City Chiefs

The 3-3 Jacksonville Jaguars have won their last two meetings with the 3-2 Kansas City Chiefs, including a 17-7 win in their last trip to Arrowhead Stadium three years ago. But defeating this Kansas City team doesn’t figure to be as easy of a task.  In fact, NFL odds makers have listed the Chiefs as a 9-point favorite with the total set at 37.5.
With wins over San Diego and San Francisco, the Chiefs are off to a 2-0 start at home. Those two victories already match the number of home wins the Chiefs have totaled the last two seasons.
Kansas City couldn’t hold on for a win at Houston last week, but it should have an excellent chance to get back in the win column at home Sunday. If the Chiefs are successful, they will match their best home start since 2003.
Kansas City had a great chance to add to its lead in the AFC West last Sunday, but it was outscored 21-7 in the fourth quarter and fell 35-31.
