NFL Playoffs 2011: Are The Bears the Forgotten Team?
All throughout the playoffs the talk has been focused on the Jets, the Patriots, the Seahawks, and the Packers. Not many people have been mentioning the Bears as true title contenders.
That could be because people, myself included, don’t trust Jay Cutler. On Sunday, Cutler will be playing in his second playoff game since his senior year in high school. However, if the Bears have any hopes of making it to the Super Bowl, Cutler has to earn people’s trust.
I understand the former Bronco has had a great season, but after watching years of him playing in the AFC West, I have a hard time believing that Cutler won’t melt down in key moments.
Well, on Sunday we will see just how far Cutler has progressed this season.
