NFL Predictions: Carolina Panthers Should Edge Out Tampa Bay

This Sunday the Carolina Panthers will look to improve their NFC South home winning streak to seven games when they host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in an early division showdown.
The Panthers got off to a rough start, as they fell to the New York Giants 31-18 on the road.
The Buccaneers on the other hand notched their first opening week victory since 2005, as they beat the Cleveland Browns 17-14 at home. Carolina swept the two game series with the Buccaneers last season.
If you are interested in betting on the game this weekend, the current NFL odds have the Panthers favored by 3.5 points at home over the Buccaneers.
It wasn’t pretty for the Buccaneers in their win over the Browns, but they will take what they can get after winning just three games in 2009.
