NFL Predictions: Cincinnati Bengals Should Take Care of Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The 2-2 Cincinnati Bengals play host to the 2-1 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday, in a Week 5 non-conference showdown. Tampa Bay is coming off a bye week, and it likely needed to regroup after a devastating 38-13 home loss to Pittsburgh in Week 3.  Cleveland doesn’t get the luxury of an off week to help it regroup from its 23-20 loss to in-state rival Cleveland last Sunday.
Cincinnati has won five of its past six games against NFC foes, and NFL odds makers expect its dominance over the NFC to continue, listing the Bengals as a 6.5 point favorite, with the over/under set at 38. Perhaps odds-makers are underestimating a Tampa Bay squad that has won five straight in this series.
While Cincinnati brought in Terrell Owens to improve its passing attack, it may want to think about getting back to running the football. Carson Palmer found Owens 10 times for 222 yards and a score last week, but the result was a loss.
