5. Is Ryan Fitzpatrick a QB the Bills can build around?
Fitzpatrick is a very smart player, but I don't believe he has the physical tools to be a franchise quarterback. He is more of a game manager type; which isn't a bad thing, but I wouldn't build a franchise around him.
 
4. Did RB C.J. Spiler earn a passing grade in his rookie year?
As a running back, Spiler didn't get the oppritunity to earn a passing grade. He only had 76 carries for 283 yards.
As a kick returner, Spiler did a superb job.
The issue here is he doesn't have anything around him on offense. He shouldn't have been their pick with all the other needs that they had.
If he got a grade for his rookie season, it would be an incomplete.
 
3. What area is most needed on the Bills' defense?
They need help stopping the run. In 2010, they ranked dead last in opponent's rushing yards per game.
A big, run stuffing defensive tackle would fit the bill perfectly here. ...
